Orit Mizrachi is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Middle Market Direct Lending strategy. In her role, Orit oversees all operational, compliance, and legal activities for this strategy. In addition, Ms. Mizrachi serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit business development companies. Ms. Mizrachi joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has over 25 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining, Ms. Mizrachi held various senior positions at The Carlyle Group from 2011 to 2018, including Director of Operations for Global Market Strategies and Chief Operating Officer for The Carlyle Group’s Direct Lending platform. In addition, Ms. Mizrachi previously served as an officer of TCG BDC, Inc., TCG BDC II, Inc., and NF Investment Corp., each a BDC advised by an affiliate of The Carlyle Group. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group in 2010, Ms. Mizrachi worked in the hedge fund industry and as an auditor.
